Ordering & Payments

Orders placed before 2pm on a regular business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm may be dispatched the same day where possible but may not be dispatched until the next business day.


Depending on the weight and value of your order you will have the options of Royal Mail Tracked or DHL Express delivery at checkout. Royal Mail is not a timed delivery service and DHL Express is a normally next business day service but is not guaranteed.


If you required a specific timed delivery please contact our customer service team who will be happy to advise of the specific services available to your delivery postcode and process your order.

Most of our products are sold in packs of ten - with one pack being our minimum order. The quantity per pack is shown on each product page and volume discounts are available based on the number of packs purchased.

We understand that many schools, colleges and other similar organisations don't always have access to a credit or debit card. Our customer service team can process your order offline and provide you with details to make a BACS payment.


Customers in the following sectors may be offered credit terms of 30 days (from date of invoice) where we are supplied a complete purchase order: central, devolved or local government organisations, departments or agencies, universities, schools and colleges or similar organisations.

We accept payment by credit or debit card. The logos of cards currently accepted are shown at the foot of this (and every) page.

No. For security reasons we do not take payments over the phone. Payment can be made securely online by credit or debit card. If you do not have access to a credit or debit card please see the information above about BACS payments.

Delivery

Delivery options are based on the weight and value of your order. The options available to you will be shown at checkout.


Generally Royal Mail Tracked is available for smaller value orders with DHL Express available for all orders.

Deliveries with Royal Mail Tracked generally take 2-3 days although this is not a timed service. 


DHL Express deliveries are normally next working day but this can be two days for more remote postcodes.

Yes, we supply customers all across the globe, however our shop currently only automatically calculates delivery to the UK and Isle of Man. (We are working to expand the available destinations with our courier partners)


If you required an international delivery please contact our customer service team who will be happy to advise of the specific services available to your delivery postcode and process your order.

Yes.  Our system will calculate the delivery options available to more remote areas.


Please note that such areas are designated by the courier companies and we only pass on part of the additional cost of delivery to these areas.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. Please ensure you inspect the goods on delivery. If your purchase is damaged or defective in any way, you must contact us immediately to advise of any issues and to arrange a return, refund or replacement.

We comply fully with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to return your order, please read carefully and follow the steps below. Please note that the cost of returning to goods is the responsibility of the buyer and is not refundable unless the goods are proven to be defective or not as ordered. Please ensure you use a service which provides appropriate insurance or proof of delivery when returning the goods.



For private consumers (generally known as B2C) you can return your purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

These regulations apply to private buyers only and not to business-business purchases.

  • You can choose to cancel your order/return your items from the time you place your order up until 14 days after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • It helps us process your return and refund if you let us know you want to return it and include your original packing slip or contact details with your return.
  • Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging - one bag may be opened to inspect goods.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the goods being received by us.
  • Refunds will be given as credit to the original payment method, including, where applicable, a proportion of basic carriage charges on the outbound shipment.


For businesses (generally known as B2B) items may be returned under our returns policy.

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery.
  • Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging - one bag may be opened to inspect goods.
  • It helps us process your return and refund if you let us know you want to return it and include your original packing slip or contact details with your return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the goods being received by us.
  • Refunds will be given as credit to the original payment method, excluding any shipping or postage costs.


If you want to cancel/return your order outwith the timeframes noted above, we may be able to accept a return but you must contact us first and we will advise of the options available. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in such instances.
