Our frequently asked questions includes information on ordering, delivery options, returns and refunds and more. If you cant find an answer to your question please contact us and we'll do our best to help.



Delivery

Delivery charges are based on the total order weight and delivery address and all available options will be shown during the checkout process.

  • For orders up to 10kg tracked courier delivery costs start from £10.00 to most of the UK, and from £12.00 to areas designated as more remote by courier companies.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services are also available for smaller orders by weight/value. These start from £4.50 and will be shown as an option at checkout if applicable.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar services may also be available as an option for "remote" areas where courier delivery costs are often much higher.

If you have a specific deadline or require weekend delivery, please contact us so we can advise on the cost and availability of time guaranteed services to your chosen delivery address.

If you place your order before 13:00hrs Monday-Friday (excluding UK public holidays) it will normally be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 13:00hrs may still be processed but your order will be dispatched on the next working day due to courier collection times.

  • DHL Tracked Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days but is not a guaranteed service. Occasionally courier deliveries can take longer at peak delivery times such as Christmas.
  • DHL Tracked Deliveries to areas designated as remote by DHL may take 3-5 working days in certain cases.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days but is not a guaranteed service.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a next working day delivery aim but is not a guaranteed service.

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination.

Yes, we supply customers all across the globe, although our shop only allows checkout to certain locations.

This is to ensure international customers are fully aware of any import charges or additional courier fees which might impact their order. For international (non UK) delivery please get in touch and our team will be happy to provide you with a quote for delivery to your chosen delivery address.

These options are not offered during checkout as they are not universally available.

Depending on the day/time and your chosen delivery address these services may be available at an additional cost.

Collection

Yes.

You can collect an order from our warehouse and offices located at Hillington, Glasgow, G52 4NQ

Simply select  the collection option during checkout.

Please call or email first to confirm a pickup time so we can ensure your order is ready for collection.

Yes. There is ample free parking available directly outside the building.

Our warehouse and offices are location in the Wilson Business Park, Hillington, Glasgow, G52 4NQ

The building has a controlled entry system so we ask that you call or email to arrange a collection time.

This is to ensure that both your order is ready for collection and that one of our team is available to meet you.

Returns

Please inspect the goods on delivery.

If your purchase is damaged or defective in any way, you must contact us ASAP to advise of the issue(s). We'll then arrange a return, refund or replacement.

Returns For Private Consumers (generally known as B2C)

Items may be returned under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These regulations apply to private buyers only and not to business-business purchases.

Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery. Please contact us so we are aware of your return and are able to process your refund as soon as possible.

Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging - one bag may be opened to inspect goods.

Certain items may be exempt for example for hygiene reasons. In such cases this is clearly noted on the product page

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of the goods being received by us, to the original payment method, including, where applicable, a proportion of basic carriage charges on the outbound shipment.



Returns For Businesses (generally known as B2B)

Items may be returned under our returns policy.

Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery. Please contact us so we are aware of your return and are able to process your refund as soon as possible.

Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging - one bag may be opened to inspect goods.

Certain items may be exempt for example for hygiene reasons. In such cases this is clearly noted on the product page

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of the goods being received by us, to the original payment method, excluding any shipping or postage costs.



Return Shipping Costs

Unless defective, the cost of returning items is paid by the buyer.

Once the goods have been returned to us we will process your refund to your original payment method, normally within 1 working day of receiving the goods.

A refund normally takes 3-5 working days to show up on your account, but may be faster or slower depending on your payment provider.
